What is counselling?

Counselling is a type of talking therapy. It offers a safe, confidential space where together we can explore your experiences and find ways to make sense of your thoughts and feelings. I believe that a therapeutic relationship with a trained, professional counsellor can empower you to find the strength within yourself to move towards change.
